Evergreen is expanding its new-construction assisted living and senior housing portfolio across the Midwest, with a growing pipeline of ground-up developments in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role centered on the owner-purchased and owner-coordinated scope of each project—the furniture, fixtures, equipment, technology, and vendor-direct work Evergreen procures outside the general contractor’s contract. The Owner’s Representative coordinates this scope alongside the general contractor and subcontractors, with particular focus on the weeks leading up to and through each community opening. The role includes periodic travel to Ohio to shadow construction progress and support field coordination.
