Troutman Pepper is seeking a senior paralegal for the Multifamily Housing Finance Group. You will review title and survey for multifamily loans, focusing on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions.

The role requires strong writing, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of CRE title and survey experience, with ALTA/NSPS familiarity and preferred Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years in commercial real estate transactions focused on title and survey.
• Experience with ALTA and NSPS standards.
• Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title and survey for commercial real estate loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial real estate lending guidelines.
• Perform paralegal duties under supervision of group leaders and attorneys.
• Track loan closings and meet deadlines; record billable time accurately.
• Ensure work complies with ethical guidelines and firm policies.
• Manage and organize firm files using the document management system.
