Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, specifically title and survey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title and survey review and analysis for commercial real estate loans (including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac).
• Maintain knowledge of commercial real estate lending guidelines.
• Perform paralegal duties as directed by group leaders and other attorneys.
• Monitor and meet loan closing deadlines.
• Track and record client-billable time and ensure minimum billable hours are met.
• Maintain and prioritize workload and communicate if deadlines cannot be met.
