Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician (Level IV) for our community in HARTSELLE, AL 35640. This hands-on role keeps the property running smoothly and delivers strong resident service.

Responsibilities include advanced maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, equipment installation and repairs, and problem solving. EPA/HVAC certification is required, HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position.
