Job summary

ORIX USA is seeking a Transaction Manager to coordinate multifamily loan transactions from application through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery. You will work with borrowers, counsel, title companies, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with investor, agency, and company requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate lending, transaction management, loan closing or related.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge lending, warehouse lending and CRE loan docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk-balancing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily loan transactions from application through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery.
• Coordinate with borrowers, counsel, title companies, warehouse lenders, custodians, agency partners, and internal departments.
• Prepare and review lender statements, escrow analyses, settlement statements and sources and uses summaries.
• Prepare warehouse funding packages and coordinate funding activities.
• Review final loan documentation and resolve closing/post-closing issues.
• Maintain transaction records and pipeline tracking; identify risks and drive issue resolution.
