Lument is seeking a Transaction Manager to coordinate multifamily loan transactions from application to post-closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role partners with borrowers, counsel, title companies, warehouse lenders, and agency partners to meet investor and company requirements.
The position emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines, with a hybrid in-office schedule in NY.
The Transaction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing multifamily loan transactions from application stage through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery. Transaction Management oversees Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bridge loan transactions from under application stage through loan closing and post-closing delivery. The Transaction Manager will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established investor, agency, warehouse, regulatory, and company requirements.

Manage multifamily loan transactions from application through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bridge, and other lending products.
Bachelor's degree required.
Annual base salary gross: $95,000 - $120,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX’s total compensation package for employees.
