Noco Holdings LLC seeks a Multifamily Flooring Estimator / Project Manager to lead preconstruction and delivery for Southeast projects. You will direct estimating and active project management for large-scale multifamily flooring installations, guiding bids through purchasing, field execution, and completion.

This hybrid role provides end-to-end ownership in a high-growth environment that values initiative, accountability, and collaboration, with opportunities for rapid career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial flooring or multifamily construction estimating.
• Ability to read and cross-reference architectural plans and finish schedules.
• Proven track record preparing detailed material takeoffs and estimates.
• Knowledge of project cost budgets and cost controls.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Perform material takeoffs and prepare labor/material estimates.
• Review plans and bid specs to identify scope gaps.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Build baseline budgets from awarded estimates.
• Manage submittals, procurement, delivery, and finish approvals.
• Coordinate with GCs, field installers, and warehouse staff to resolve RFIs.
• Monitor cost controls, change orders, and progress billing.
