Job summary

KFD Constructions is seeking an experienced Flooring Project Manager in Massachusetts to lead flooring projects from estimation to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, installation crews, materials, and client coordination to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, reviewing drawings, coordinating with property managers and contractors, and monitoring quality and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and managing flooring installations.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial flooring materials and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and contract documents.
• Experience coordinating with multiple crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency with project management software for RFIs, submittals, changes, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage flooring projects from estimation through closeout.
• Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, labor pricing, and cost proposals.
• Review drawings, plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee installation quality, site safety, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project records, cost reports, and regular progress updates to management.
