Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily electrical construction projects in the Las Vegas area. This role oversees preconstruction through closeout, guiding planning, budgeting, and execution while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field leadership.

You will drive safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery and build strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.
• Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
