Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for multifamily electrical construction in Las Vegas to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will direct planning, budgeting and scheduling while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage large-scale multifamily programs, coordinate with developers and general contractors, and drive project success through proactive risk management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract admin and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers and staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries and documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders and schedules.
• Maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, owners and design teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly job cost projections, billings and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.


• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.


• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.


• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.


• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.


• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.


• Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.


• Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.


• Previous experience managing large multifamily electrical construction projects.


• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.


• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project management staff.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.


• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Garden‑style, podium, mid‑rise, high‑rise, mixed‑use, student housing, or luxury multifamily developments.


• Experience managing projects valued in the multi‑million‑dollar range.


• Familiarity with BIM coordination, prefabrication, and modern construction technologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
