Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience within real-estate accounting.
• Strong multifamily property accounting experience.
• Experience managing remote and/or offshore accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple multifamily properties.
• Review and approve property-level financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee financial reporting timelines, ensuring delivery of 40+ financial packages.
