Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction is required.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and scopes independently.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned phases of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
• Manage multiple trades and scopes while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and workflow for productivity and quality.
• Partner with project managers to review schedules, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and ensure timely project progress.
• Coordinate inspections, ensure code compliance, and support project turnover.
• Foster a strong safety culture and mentor junior field personnel.
