Jobot is seeking a dynamic Assistant Superintendent-Multifamily in the Washington, DC area to oversee multifamily construction from start to finish. You will manage Podium Wrap, concrete, wood frame, and precast parking garage work, ensure safety, and coordinate MEP and exterior envelope installations.

• Minimum 5 years in multifamily construction.
• Experience with Podium Wrap, concrete, wood frame, and precast parking garages.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to oversee large projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Oversee Podium Wrap, concrete, wood frame, and Precast Parking Garage work ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate MEP work to match design specs and safety regs.
• Oversee exterior facade and envelope installations.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth execution.
• Inspect sites regularly to identify and resolve delays.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and safety logs.
