Responsibilities

• Originates multifamily investments, interim and permanent loans for conventional and affordable housing.
• Evaluates, structures and negotiates loan terms.
• Identifies customer base and develops marketing strategies; solicits and manages relationships with developers and owners.
• Monitors markets and competitors; engages with state agencies and other stakeholders.
• Maintains understanding of agency/federal requirements and loan structures.
