Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation.
• 7+ years of experience appraising multifamily.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and market research for valuation projects.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios and revenue/expense performance.
• Estimate cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
• Analyze comparable sales and conduct cost analyses.
• Develop opinions of value with market comparisons.
