Job summary

Omnicom Health Medical Communications seeks a Project Manager to own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development efforts and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality, and budget‑friendly delivery.

You will advise on feasibility, plan resource assignments, identify bottlenecks, and maintain accurate records to support agency workflows. A Day in the Life includes vendor management and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any area of study, with 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with basic knowledge of project management and financial management tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising, with knowledge of multichannel production a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage mid-complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment.
  • Enforce internal procedures and utilize project management tools to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for project-related matters, managing 3rd party vendors and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, and Strategy.
  • Communicate project updates and ideas effectively to various audiences.

About the Job

You'll advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments, and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to drive project success. You will maintain accurate and detailed administrative records, supporting agency processes and workflows.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage mid‑complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment.
  • Enforce internal procedures and utilize project management tools to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Serve as point‑of‑contact for project‑related matters, managing 3rd party vendors and client relationships.

What You Will Need

Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in‑office attendance.
