Plum Market Corp. at Omaha Eppley Airfield is seeking a seasoned Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant to oversee day-to-day financials across about 10 operating locations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit or multi-location operations.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and accounting software (Toast, Dynamics, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities for approximately 10 operating locations.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate recording and support.
• Review and reconcile sales, cash, and settlement activity; maintain cash controls.
• Reconcile inter-location transfers and investigate variances.
• Manage accounts payable: invoices, coding, entry, payments.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with communications and issue resolution.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare documentation for the Support Office.
• Ensure transactions comply with company procedures and policies.
• Assist with inventory reporting and variances investigation.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting requirements.
• Partner with the Support Office to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.
