Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll across multiple states and entities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Ability to review complex payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience leading a payroll team and ensuring controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing across states and entities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review inputs, employee changes, earnings, deductions, and taxes prior to processing.
• Provide day-to-day direction, training, and issue resolution to payroll staff.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and tax issues.
• Maintain payroll controls, calendars, and documentation.
