Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Greenwood Village, CO to manage accurate, timely payroll for our multi-state workforce. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will be the payroll subject matter expert and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support payroll processing, tax administration, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-state payroll administration experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax reporting and wage and hour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements for a multi-state workforce.
• Enter, validate, and maintain payroll data including pay rates, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Review payroll registers and time records to identify discrepancies prior to processing.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for HR, Finance, and management.
