Job summary

Hillwood Property Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our Dallas, Texas headquarters. This role involves various payroll duties including processing, compliance, and providing employee support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with payroll systems and a proactive approach to their work. You will be expected to manage payroll for multiple locations, adhering to federal and state regulations, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in UKG or UltiPro required.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and audit payrolls across locations.
  • Process commissions and incentives.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
