Qualifications

• Senior level with 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Acts as a technical/functional specialist.
• Leads coordination across teams without being a formal supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee well operations, gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and related equipment.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance, take readings, issue work permits, and interface with support groups.
• Proactively monitor performance and maximize production.
• Adjust chemical pump rates based on production data and site conditions.
• Interface with Engineering for data requests and track test data.
• Conduct fluid level measurements and data collection.
