Job summary

BARALAN is seeking a US Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager based in New York with regular travel to Newark, NJ and Carson, CA. You will own operations across three facilities, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with company standards while coordinating with sales, procurement, and Quality teams.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of WMS/TMS, and a track record of improving throughput, cost control, and service levels across distributed sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse/logistics management with multi-site oversight.
• Direct ocean freight/import-export logistics experience required.
• Experience leading remote teams and driving KPI improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations across NY, NJ, and CA sites.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy and shipping.
• Coordinate ocean freight, customs, drayage and port-to-warehouse logistics.
• Standardize processes, safety protocols, and metrics across sites.
• Travel regularly NY/NJ and periodic trips to CA for audits and support.
• Lead site supervisors and monitor KPIs such as on-time shipping and accuracy.
