Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead multi-site warehouse operations within a food and mineral supply chain across the United States, including international shipping coordination. You will oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and compliance with HACCP, SQF, FDA, and OSHA standards while coordinating with Quality, Customer Service, and Planning teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a food, ingredient, mineral, manufacturing, or related industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, FDA regulations, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple company-owned and third-party warehouse locations.
• Own inventory accuracy for warehouse, plant, and third-party facilities including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain knowledge of material transfer processes and inventory systems.
• Manage shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate product movement.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, paperwork, and documentation.
• Support environmental and safety compliance; uphold food safety and warehouse standards.
• Provide on-site and remote operational support across 8+ warehouses and align practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities with internal and external partners.
