Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own overall appearance, maintenance, and tenant relations for all assigned properties.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Property Managers assigned to the portfolio; review site visit reports and vendor recommendations.
• Track and approve project approvals across the portfolio; escalate items outside authority.
• Verify scope of work for capital and maintenance projects.
• Maintain records in Yardi, M-Files, and Salesforce; track rent and turnover timelines.
• Coordinate turnover of tenant spaces upon new lease execution.
• Meet with tenants and ensure maintenance is addressed as needed.
