Qualifications

5+ years in management within a high-volume 3PL, distribution, warehouse and transportation environment.
Experience with high-volume e-commerce operations is required.
Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen familiarity is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Direct distribution, packaging and transportation operations to meet objectives.
Oversee warehousing, distribution and transportation to satisfy customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, value enhancement, service and profitability.
Manage safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Direct budget and P&L management for operations.
Develop staffing plans and control labor costs and overtime.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Deliver high-performance experience to associates and customers.
