Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead multi-site distribution, warehousing, packaging and transportation in Edgerton, KS. You will direct operations, safety, and P&L while driving continuous improvement and associate development.

The role requires 5+ years of management in high-volume 3PL, strong problem solving, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma. Competitive compensation includes $100,000-$115,000 base plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced 3PL, distribution, warehouse, and transportation environment.
P&L experience.
High-volume e-commerce experience.
Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations.
Evaluate overall operations and develop short and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives.
Oversee warehousing, distribution, packaging and transportation operations to ensure company and customer requirements are met.
Focus on continuous improvement and drive value, service, and profitability.
Direct and oversee programs to ensure safety of all associates, equipment and property.
Directly manage budget and P&L for operations.
Develop work plans ensuring appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs.
