Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transportation management, inventory control, and DOT compliance.
• Experience leading multi-site logistics or operations teams.
• Preferred: agricultural or heavy equipment logistics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate logistics strategies for all locations.
• Manage transport operations for equipment, parts, and service deliveries.
• Coordinate equipment movement between dealer locations and customer sites.
• Optimize routing, scheduling, and load planning to cut costs.
• Establish metrics for delivery timeliness, costs, asset utilization, and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party transport providers and vendors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, fuel tracking, and replacement scheduling.
• Ensure DOT and safety standards compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on equipment allocation and inventory.
• Support receiving, staging, storage, and seasonal projects.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement across locations.
• Lead freight-cost reduction initiatives and improve delivery performance.
• Coach teams on safety and customer service expectations.
• Ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance and promote safety culture.
• Lead accident prevention programs and driver qualification monitoring.
