Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring for a Behavioral Health Residential Program Manager to oversee multiple locations and lead established Residential Management teams, ensuring residents receive appropriate care and compliance with OMHSAS regulations.

You will supervise Residential Managers, participate in budget monitoring and payroll approvals, conduct audits, and provide after-hours leadership as part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health / Human Service field required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in residential or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal audits to ensure training compliance and appropriate use of funds.
• Oversee budget monitoring and payroll approvals across sites.
• Manage state licensing and program audits; implement corrective actions.
• Provide after-hours and on-call leadership coverage.
• Lead and facilitate weekly residential meetings.
• Review referrals and discharges for ongoing residential programs.
• Supervise Residential Managers across multiple sites and budgets.
