Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in simulation and predictive analysis of complex R&D systems.
• Proficiency in multi-physics simulation across thermal, structural, fluid, and chemical regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced FEA and CFD for processing equipment.
• Build, run, and evaluate highly coupled multi-physics simulations.
• Implement verification and validation workflows using physical test data.
• Provide analytical leadership during technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, and Chemical teams.
• Own modeling milestones, timelines, and computational resources.
• Mentor junior staff on modeling methodologies and accuracy.
• Solve critical engineering bottlenecks and drive design optimization.
