Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple restaurant locations.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Restaurant365.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and statements.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper coding and allocation across locations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and review financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and expense reports.
• Identify discrepancies and help maintain strong financial controls.
• Collaborate with ownership and management to provide timely financial information.
