The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and adherence to production workflows. You will handle hooping, thread changes, machine maintenance, and quality checks, ensuring accurate customer specifications and timely production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial embroidery production experience.
• Experience operating multi-head embroidery equipment.
• Strong understanding of hooping techniques.
• Experience working with various garment types.
• Knowledge of stabilizers and backing materials.
• Experience troubleshooting embroidery production issues.
• Understanding of thread tension adjustments.
• Experience replacing needles and performing basic machine maintenance.
• Ability to maintain consistent embroidery quality throughout production.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
• Hoop garments accurately and consistently.
• Load and change thread colors.
• Monitor production throughout each embroidery run.
• Inspect embroidery quality during and after production.
• Identify and correct thread breaks, bird nesting, tension, and registration issues.
• Change needles as required.
• Maintain clean, organized embroidery workstations.
• Prepare garments for embroidery production.
• Read production orders and follow customer specifications.
• Verify thread colors, garment styles, placement, and stitch quality.
• Complete production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine daily machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with production management to meet daily production goals.
