Job summary

Kight Home Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a Commercial Multi-Family Framing Install Manager to oversee development, coordination, and execution of large-scale framing projects. You will maintain strong communication between the corporate office, field leadership, and installation crews to ensure timely production.

This role works with Market VP/Manager to set strategic direction for the framing program, while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project policies across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or multi‑family construction/project management.
• Understanding of job site management and construction assembly.
• Adherence to safety procedures.
• Understanding contracts and changes to build out processes and schedules.
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions.
• Ability to gather data and prepare reports.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to job sites; overnight travel possible.
• OSHA 30 cert preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements region policies and procedures for commercial or multi‑family projects.
• Facilitates weekly field conference calls and records production meeting minutes.
• Recommends resolutions to avoid job site issues in the field.
• Ensures stores and installers follow project policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provides guidance to stores to properly execute projects.
• Assists in developing and implementing training for employees on processes.
• Organizes schedules and coordinates subcontractor certification for installations.
