TSR Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior Multi-Cloud Infrastructure and Security Architect to design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions across AWS, Azure (and optionally GCP).

The role focuses on hybrid connectivity, IAM, and high availability with strong emphasis on security practices. Ideal candidate brings 8+ years of enterprise IT infra experience, hands-on cloud expertise, and proficiency in IaC, CI/CD, Python, and Unix/Linux.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, deploying, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure in Fortune 500 or equivalent environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with at least two major clouds, preferably AWS and Azure, including networking, identity, and edge security controls.
• Strong on-prem networking background (firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, proxies) and mapping to cloud constructs (VPCs, VNets, Transit Gateways).
• Advanced proficiency with automation toolsets and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Working knowledge of cloud security frameworks and modern identity protocols.
• Strong proficiency with Python, shell scripting, and Unix/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure, enterprise-grade multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, with GCP as a plus, aligned to benchmarks and corporate security policies.
• Design hybrid connectivity linking on-premises and cloud systems, including scalable IAM hierarchies and cross-account trust across multiple tenants.
• Engineer high-availability and disaster recovery topologies across providers, including active-active cross-cloud replication and automated failover testing.
• Define, build, and maintain IaC repositories and secure CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions with embedded security guardrails.
• Serve as SME for the Cyber Security team, translating objectives into concrete cloud configurations and guiding secure patterns and controls.
• Collaborate with network and systems teams to migrate or extend legacy workloads without disrupting operations.
