Job summary

Rentvine, LLC. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of AWS and GCP infrastructure. You will scale the platform, harden security, and accelerate engineering velocity through automation and best practices.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and QA to ensure secure, observable, high-performing environments. This role requires 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience and deep multi-cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Hands-on AWS & GCP across compute, networks, databases, IAM.
• Proficient with Terraform and multi-cloud tooling.
• Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS and GCP infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies across clouds.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with security to define protocols and incident response plans.
• Lead regular penetration tests and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Plan zero-downtime upgrades and blue/green deployments.
• Operate Terraform Cloud workflows in a multi-account setup.
• Manage network security, VPC routing, firewall rules, and IAM policies.
• Document systems, processes, and runbooks.
