Qualifications

• Ability to perform moderately complex set-ups and fabrication of machined parts.
• Reading and understanding engineering blueprints and diagrams.
• Knowledge of cutting tool wear, selection, and replacement.
• Read and interpret standard G and M code for CNC machines.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and work coordinate systems.

Responsibilities

• Run production to print on multi-axis CNC machines.
• Set up first piece for moderately complex parts.
• Use measuring devices to ensure part quality and document results.
• Troubleshoot tooling and work-holding issues during production runs.
• Clean machines and work area; deburr parts.
• Prepare and saw cuts raw material and fabricate components as needed.
• Observe GA procedures and maintain safety standards.
