Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a finance-oriented role, ideally investment banking or consulting.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and/or strategic partnership processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skill set.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support enterprise-wide and business-line strategic planning initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across investments, product, distribution, and finance to align priorities and advance strategic objectives.
• Assist in the sourcing, modeling, evaluation, and execution of acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Perform strategic due diligence, including market attractiveness, competitive positioning, strategic fit, and growth potential.
• Support transaction execution efforts in coordination with multiple internal teams.
• Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations for executive-level strategic discussions.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, progress tracking, and outcome measurement.
