Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will build APIs, integrate cloud and on-premises applications, and guide API-led connectivity across projects.

The role requires technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality integration solutions with CI/CD pipelines and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of integration development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Strong experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Deep understanding of API-led connectivity architecture.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead API-led connectivity initiatives following MuleSoft best practices and integration patterns.
• Develop and maintain System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs.
• Build integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, databases, and external services.
• Design reusable integration components, connectors, and frameworks.
• Implement API security, authentication, authorization, and governance standards.
• Optimize Mule applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on MuleSoft development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership during project delivery.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and governance policies.
