Job summary

Sogeti is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role collaborates with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to build scalable APIs and integration services for connectivity across enterprise applications and data sources.

Preferred Banking/financial services exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST services.
• Experience integrating with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git-based source control.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft integration solutions using Mule 4.
• Build and maintain System, Process, and Experience APIs following API-led connectivity principles.
• Create integration flows utilizing REST, SOAP, JMS, FTP/SFTP, databases, and cloud applications.
• Develop reusable assets and integration components.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Create and execute unit tests using MUnit.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams.
