Job summary

Accenture's North America MuleSoft practice is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure integration solutions. You will lead design, mentor teams, and ensure governance across APIs and platforms.

In this client-facing role, you will define architectures, drive delivery standards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable connectivity using API-led connectivity and Anypoint Platform components.

Qualifications

• 7+ years translating business requirements into architectures and leading design reviews.
• 7+ years client-facing advisory and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years with integration architecture and system connectivity (JDBC, SOAP, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JMS, file-based).
• 4+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience as developer or architect.
• MuleSoft Platform Architect certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years with MuleSoft design, API patterns, connectors and build components.
• 3+ years experience with Anypoint Platform components.
• 6+ months experience with AI/GenAI tools for productivity and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MuleSoft solution design and define integration architectures.
• Translate requirements into designs using API-led connectivity and API/Experience patterns.
• Recommend scalable patterns, assets, environment strategies, and development standards.
• Advise stakeholders and teams throughout requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Guide implementation teams, review deliverables, and mentor junior staff.
• Support solution scope, effort estimates, deployments, monitoring, and knowledge transfer.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools for architecture docs and solution analysis while ensuring quality.
