Randstad Enterprise is seeking an Operations Specialist to support post-hire inquiries and manage the post-hire experience for new employees. The role sits within Customer Service Support as a third-tier resource for payroll, benefits, HR, IT, and VMS questions after onboarding.

You will coordinate post-hire activities, collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency, and deliver a high-quality experience for new hires in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a recruitment or HR staffing firm.
• Customer experience required 4 hrs phone
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.
• Ability to execute actions under a complex and high volume environment.
• Passion for results, client-satisfaction and success of overall project.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset.
• Excellent Communication (verbal and written).
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications.

about Job:

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting post-hire inquiries. Team Context: Customer Service Support, The Operations Specialist serves as a third-tier support system for managing various inquiries (including HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and VMS entries) following the onboarding phase.

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $21-22/hr. This role pays hourly and is a contractor position.
