Bowman Williams is a niche permanent-placement staffing firm focused exclusively on the IT Cloud and MSP industry. This role is a Senior Account Manager position with agency experience, responsible for overseeing 8–12 active job orders and a portfolio of 20–40 MSP clients.

You will work directly with CEOs, driving proactive recruiting and efficient placements. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with guaranteed increases at Years 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Must have agency experience.
• Ability to manage a book of 20–40 MSP clients and 8–12 active job orders.
• KPI-driven with typical metrics and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–12 active job orders at a time.
• Manage a book of 20–40 MSP clients and establish relationships with CEOs.
• Maintain client communications and hit KPIs: close rate ~40%, 3 submittals, 3 interviews, and placements within ~22 days.
