Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison in the US to join the medical affairs team. This field-based role covers New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia, requiring residence in the territory and up to 70% travel.

You will analyze and translate scientific data, foster expert networks, support Takeda-sponsored research, and share insights with internal teams to inform medical strategy. Must have a doctoral or Master's degree and 2+ years MSL experience.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences preferred (PharmD, MD, PhD) with a Master's as minimum.
• Minimum of 2 years of field-based MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Externally-focused KOL/HCP activities comprise at least 80% of responsibilities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs per territory plans.
• Disseminate complex scientific information to KOLs/HCPs in a compliant and balanced manner.
