Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Field-based MSL/Senior MSL to strategically support research and business objectives within a defined geography. You will be the primary AbbVie science communicator to healthcare professionals and maintain key medical relationships.

In this role, you will provide education, support research initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet scientific and commercial goals. Travel 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a health science or clinical discipline.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant MSL experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage thought leaders, academic centers, and researchers.
• Present scientific information to healthcare professionals across the product lifecycle.
• Support research initiatives and investigator meetings.
• Develop marketplace knowledge in designated therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
