Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced MSL/Senior MSL in oncology (Multiple Myeloma) to cover the Great Lakes East region from Michigan and Indiana. This field-based role engages healthcare professionals, shares scientific data, and supports AbbVie medical initiatives across the product lifecycle.

You will build relationships with thought leaders, present medical information, help with investigator-initiated studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (e.g., PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, APP) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for a Senior MSL.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders, academic centers, and researchers.
• Present scientific information and education to healthcare professionals.
• Support research initiatives and investigator-initiated projects.
• Cultivate marketplace awareness for AbbVie in new therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans.
