Job summary

Amgen in West Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Obesity and Related Conditions. You will serve as the key scientific resource to leaders and healthcare providers, executing medical strategy and engaging investigators to advance the pipeline.

The role reports to the Obesity and Related Conditions MSL Field Director and involves field-based collaboration, data presentation, and cross-functional partnership across Amgen teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Medical Affairs experience, or
• Master’s degree and 8 years of Medical Affairs experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Medical Affairs experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy as led by MSL Leadership.
• Engage with clinical investigators and sites to support the obesity and Related Conditions pipeline.
• Communicate scientific data of clinical value to institutions and IDNs.
• Lead and participate on project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics.
