Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison focused on Obesity and Related Conditions to serve as the primary scientific resource for Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers in the Western US.

This field-based role reports to the MSL Director and involves executing medical strategy, engaging investigators, supporting sponsored research, leading KOL discussions, and contributing to cross-functional teams within Amgen.

• Experience in Medical Affairs with MSL responsibilities.
• Experience communicating scientific data to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers.
• Engage with clinical investigators and sites to support obesity-related pipeline.
• Communicate data of clinical value, outcomes and economic data to stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in project teams to support MSL strategies.
• Coordinate with One Amgen stakeholders to align strategies.
