Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Obesity) to serve as a primary scientific resource for OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers in Arizona, advancing the obesity/general medicine pipeline. The role reports to the Obesity MSL Lead and supports MSL strategy with compliant field activities.

You will engage investigators, communicate clinical data, support sponsored research, and participate in congress activities while mentoring peers and maintaining clinical acumen.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Master’s degree & 6 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of Medical Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other HCPs to share medical data.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Lead and participate in congress activities and speaker training as needed.
• Mentor other MSLs and support compliant field activities.
