Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for NMOSD and gMG-Rare Disease covering Colorado and Utah. You will build relationships with thought leaders, translate scientific data into clinical value, and work with cross-functional teams to support strategy and external research collaborations.

You should have a medical affairs background with relevant ratios and a proven ability to travel up to 60% for meetings, conferences, and field activities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/Bachelor’s with Medical Affairs experience.
• 2+ years in a medical science liaison role in biotech/pharma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Network with medical thought leaders, academic institutions, and decision makers.
• Communicate scientific/medical information and product value to audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address opportunities.
• Identify and train external speakers for sponsored programs.
• Support clinical strategy at conferences and meetings.
• Evaluate external collaboration opportunities with medical teams.
