Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate in life sciences or related field; clinical or industry experience accepted.
• Minimum 1 year MSL experience in hematology/oncology and rare disease.
• Familiarity with Northern California medical/scientific community and institutions.
• Ability to communicate scientific information clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based contact for MSL activities in Northern California.
• Engage healthcare professionals to exchange balanced scientific information.
• Report competitive insights and disease landscape to internal teams.
• Support clinical development and operations through site visits and accrual support.
• Participate in advisory boards at local, regional, and national levels; lead when needed.
• Deliver training on preclinical science, clinical data, and outcomes.
• Represent Sobi at medical conferences and summarize sessions.
• Maintain current knowledge of studies and disease states to support thought leaders.
