Job summary

Sobi North America is hiring a Medical Science Liaison / Senior MSL in Hematology for the Northern California territory. This field-based role engages healthcare professionals to share scientific information and build relationships within regulatory guidelines.

The position requires a doctorate in life sciences and at least one year of MSL experience in hematology/oncology or rare disease, with familiarity of the Northern California medical community.

Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate in life-science or basic-science discipline (Pharm.D./D.Sc./D.N.P./Ph.D./MD/DO).
• Minimum 1 year of MSL experience in hematology/oncology and rare disease.
• Familiarity with Northern California medical/scientific community and key institutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to convey scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field-based contact for Sobi MSL in Northern California.
• Engage with HCPs to exchange scientific information in a balanced manner.
• Report field intelligence including competitive insights and disease state perspectives.
• Support clinical development through site recommendations and advisory board activities.
• Deliver training on preclinical science, clinical data, and outcomes.
• Represent Sobi at medical conferences and provide session summaries.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant studies, compounds, and disease states.
